Village Patissier is a wholesale bakery in Davis that came together in 2023 with Chef John and Chef Aziz teaming up to provide quality desserts to the surrounding area.

Chef John was classically trained in European style baking at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After which he worked under traditionally trained European Chefs producing desserts for restaurants, events and brides to be.

Chef Aziz is known for being a successful restauranteur and award-winning bread baker in Davis.
